COMPANY POLICIES

 

 

German Auto Pros (herein referred to as G.A.P.) will warranty our service for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles*, whichever occurs first

 

G.A.P. will warranty parts ordered through us for a period of 30 days. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies. Repair or replacement is at our sole discretion. We will install your parts purchased elsewhere (at our discretion); however, there are no warranties or guarantees on parts not purchased from us. There will be a service charge to replace any part not ordered through G.A.P. 

 

Return Policy 

G.A.P. will accept returns for a period of 30 days after purchase date. To be eligible for return, item must be: 

  • In original packaging

  • Complete with all parts and manuals

  • Undamaged/unused

  • Accompanied with original receipt. 

 

Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The following items are not eligible to be returned: 

  • Special order items

  • Software

  • Wheels and tires

  • Race or offroad parts

  • Electrical parts

 

Service Estimates

All estimates are approximate; we will notify of any adjustments or additional charges prior to work being performed.

 

Late Pickup Policy

Vehicles not claimed and paid for within 24 hours of the conclusion of repairs will incur a daily storage fee of $20.00 USD per day.  Vehicles left over 30 days without the express written consent of German Auto Pros will be subject to a mechanic's lein against the vehicle. 

 

Special Orders/Custom Fabrication

All special orders and custom fabrication must be paid for in advance.  Special order items are not returnable and carry only a manufacturer's warranty. Custom fabrication work carries a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first).

 

*Third party tampering voids any and all warranties expressed or implied.
